The class is held in a cozy 70-degree heated room to warm your muscles, increase flexibility, and enhance calorie burn.
We provide all the fitness tools that you need — from light to medium weights, Pilates balls, resistance bands, and yoga blocks — to create a dynamic, full-body workout. With each pulse, tuck, and stretch, you’ll build lean muscle, improve posture, and leave feeling longer, stronger, and empowered.
